The Rusty Spur is an artifact that players can discover while tilling soil in the farm or by digging up artifact spots throughout the valley. Resembling an old, corroded cowboy boot spur, this item can be donated to the local museum to contribute to the town's historical collection. You will then receive the Rusty Spur item when you speak to a villager. This method is easy and free but cannot be performed on an existing character and you will be stuck with that name unless its edited.
