Dwarf Scroll IV
Dwarf Scroll IV is an artifact that players can discover while exploring the mines, fishing in the mountain lake, or tilling soil in the farm. This ancient scroll, inscribed with dwarvish script, is one of four needed to unlock the Dwarvish translation guide, allowing communication with the Dwarf character. Once collected, it can be donated to the local museum to contribute to the collection and further the player's understanding of the valley's lore.

This method can be done using an existing character and is convenient but will cost some gold every time you want an item.
Spawning Using the Character MethodTo spawn Dwarf Scroll IV while using a character, you will need to create a new character and name it with the item id with brackets like this [99]. You will then receive the Dwarf Scroll IV item when you speak to a villager. This method is easy and free but cannot be performed on an existing character and you will be stuck with that name unless its edited.
