Artichoke is a vegetable crop that players can grow and harvest. It becomes available starting in the second year of gameplay, specifically in the fall season. To cultivate it, one must plant artichoke seeds, which take approximately eight days to mature. Once harvested, it can be sold for profit, used as an ingredient in cooking recipes, or given as a gift to build relationships with the townspeople. It also has a chance to be found in the traveling cart's stock.
