Wet Sponge

Wet Sponge is a block that can be obtained by defeating the Elder Guardian or by soaking up water with a regular sponge. When placed in the world, it gradually drips water, indicating its wet state. To dry it out and restore its water-absorbing properties, players must smelt it in a furnace, which will yield a dry sponge ready for reuse. This cycle of wetting and drying can be repeated indefinitely.
