Reaper Pheromone Gland

The Reaper Pheromone Gland is a unique item obtained by killing a Reaper Queen. It's used to mask the player's scent, making them appear as a friendly entity to other Reapers for a short period of time. This allows players to move safely among these dangerous creatures, or even to tame them. However, the gland's effects are temporary, and players must use it wisely to avoid attracting unwanted attention once it wears off.
