Preserving Salt

Preserving Salt is a resource that can be used to extend the spoil time of perishables. It is primarily used in the Scorched Earth DLC. When placed in the inventory of a creature or a player, it doubles the spoil timer of all perishables in that inventory. It can also be used in preserving bins to further extend the spoil time. However, it has a relatively short spoil time itself, and must be used strategically.

This item has no numerical item ID, therefore the GFI code must be used spawn the item.
