Chibi-Skeletal Quetzal

The Chibi-Skeletal Quetzal is a unique, non-combat pet that players can equip for a cosmetic effect. It resembles a miniature skeletal version of the Quetzal, a large flying dinosaur. This item is part of the Chibi-Pets system, which allows players to level up their pets for additional player levels. It's obtained during special events, typically around Halloween, adding a spooky touch to the player's collection.
